September Wine Dinner
September Wine Dinner
Fire. Wine. Paella.
September 16, 2026 | 6:00 PM
Some dinners are served.
This one is built over fire.
Join us on the patio as Chef Josh takes over the grill for one of Salar's most anticipated evenings of the year. Watch the paella come to life in traditional fashion while enjoying five thoughtfully paired wines that travel from sparkling Cava to coastal Albariño, each chosen to complement the bold, vibrant flavors of Spain.
The Evening's Menu
To Begin
Spanish Charcuterie Board
Manchego and Mahón cheeses, Jamón Serrano, Inés Rosales tortas, and Marcona almonds
Paired with Naveran Cava, Spain
Then
Shrimp Ajillo
Garlic shrimp with grilled olive oil brushed bread
Paired with Ashella Aged Vinho Verde, Portugal
The Main Event
Paella Mixta
Saffron rice layered with chicken, pork, chorizo, calamari, scallops, shrimp, mussels, clams, asparagus, artichokes, peas, roasted peppers, and more, all cooked over an open flame on the patio by Chef Josh.
Paired with Torres Family Reserva "Mal Pastor" Rioja & La Maldita Garnacha
To Finish
Crema Catalana
Spain's iconic caramelized custard dessert
Paired with Columna Albariño, Galicia
This is not just dinner. It's smoke, saffron, perfectly timed pours, and the kind of evening that reminds you why gathering around the fire has never gone out of style.
Tickets are $99 per person. Seating is limited, and this event has become a Salar tradition. Reserve your seat before it's gone.
In case of inclement weather, indoor seating will be available.
