From rich pork rillettes and classic French onion soup to delicate sea scallops and rustic Poulet Chasseur, each course showcases the elegance of French cuisine while remaining warm, inviting, and deeply satisfying. The evening concludes with a classic Paris Brest and a celebratory sparkling finale.
