Join us for an intimate four-course dinner featuring Watershed Distillery, with each course paired with a different expression from the distillery’s lineup.

We’ll begin with a welcome cocktail featuring Watershed 4 Year Apple Brandy, stirred into a classic Old Fashioned before moving into a thoughtfully curated tasting of:

First Course

Prosciutto & Melon
Melon, pear balsamic, chèvre
Watershed 4 Year Bottled in Bond

Second Course

Grilled Peach & Burrata
Basil, peach balsamic
Watershed Uncut & Unfiltered

Main Course

Grilled Picanha
Peppercorn sauce, roasted root vegetables

Warm Apple Pie
