This Mixology Monday is taking a seat at the table.

Join us for an intimate four-course dinner featuring Watershed Distillery, with each course paired with a different expression from the distillery’s lineup.

We’ll begin with a welcome cocktail featuring Watershed 4 Year Apple Brandy, stirred into a classic Old Fashioned before moving into a thoughtfully curated tasting of:

Port Finish
Nocino Finish

Four courses. Four distinctive pours. One very good reason to linger over dinner.
